As a result, we have decided to evaluate the recurring yearly business services most business need from us and provide you with a monthly flat fee. To the extent we can use the efficiencies of our computers, fax machines and internet to reduce our travel time, work time, and invoice collection time, we will pass those savings on to you by providing you with flat monthly fees. Those services can include:
1) Experienced Accounting and Bookkeeping on QuickBooks on your premises as well as through the web [the less time we waste on travel to your office the less we will have to charge you].
2) Tax Return Preparation for:
A)Individual Tax returns; Corporation & Partnership tax returns
B) Sales Tax Returns
C) After the Fact Payroll Returns
3) Yearly Tax advice
4) Assistance on the phone
Please call us to evaluate your individual situation. We can also incorporate the yearly tax preparation and consulting fees into your total monthly fixed fees to us. We can combine all of these services for additional savings .
These arrangements can be cancelled upon one month's notice by either party.
Under this arrangement we set up a automatic monthly payment plan using your credit card or set up a monthly charge to your bank account.
